2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days before departure qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure may be subject to cancellation fees.

3. Travel Insurance: We recommend all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability: Grand Europe Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Biel, Switzerland.
